Who we are
HostMotive provides virtual assistant support, direct-booking websites, AI tools and custom solutions for short-term rental hosts. This policy explains what information we collect through hostmotive.net and how we use it. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to share, such as your phone number, the number of homes you manage, links to your property listings or website, and your message.
- Call bookings. When you book a call, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, your answers to our initial assessment questions, any listing links you share, the time you choose and your device’s time zone.
- Free template downloads. When you download a template, we receive your name, email address, the template you chose and whether you’d like to receive occasional emails from us. We store a small cookie so you don’t need to enter your details again for other templates.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for
- To arrange, confirm and prepare for calls you book, including looking at the listings you share
- To send you the templates you request and, only if you agree, occasional hosting tips and new resources. You can unsubscribe at any time
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. Our hosting provider stores the site and the information sent through our forms (inquiries, call bookings and template downloads). These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries, booking details and template signups for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
